I haven't received your email. What can I do?

Solution

Providing that you have entered your email address correctly, you will receive an email from us. This will contain a link for you to retrieve your insurance documents from our secure server. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from us, please check your spam, bulk or junk mail folders. If you find the e-mail there, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or your own software spam-blocker or filters are diverting our e-mail.

Please submit a support ticket to request a duplicate.
